My nephew ordered 5tacos with cheese … Nothing special just tacos.. Carnitas… He literally showed me what they sold him, the meat was so hard and not even done. Looked like meat for dogs. How horrible of a person to actually sell this to him.. I am posting videos and photos.. $16.00 for what looked and tasted like dog meat.. Shame on you people!!

Drove all the way from Rosedale and ordered two tacos de lengua and two carne asada tostadas. I got the two tacos and two plates cheese quesadilla rice and beans. The quesadillas were burnt. I got home and realized half my order was wrong. Not sure who fumbled that order but my wife was majorly disappointed as her part of the order was wrong.

I just came from here and I had to come back because they messed up my burrito and the lady pacifically asked me if she want them to do me a fresh burrito or just add it to the same burrito I brought back I had told the lady fresh burrito and I got it went to my truck and check it and they had made it it the same burrito burrito was all torn up I went back told her and the cook got mad and threw the burrito at the wall I told her I want my money back and asked to speak to the Manager she said the cook was the manager wich I do not believe I would really like to report this to someone. So if anyone knows a number I can report it to let me know because I think no body should be treated like that if ther paying for Service. They always get the orders rong they lady’s at the window always have a attitude ther never nice

So I changed my mind about 2 tacos and told the guy at the window to take them off and add a burrito with my free points and he couldn’t do that simple task instead he added the burrito charged me full price for it and took the 2 tacos off with my promos points clearly not what I asked him to do

First of all, the wait is like 30 minutes just to order. Also, every time my family and I have ordered food from this place they have messed up our order. I ask for extra avocado, they always charge me for it but when I open it, there are no avocados. I have asked for no jalapeños (due to an allergy) and they add jalapeños. The food tastes pretty good but the overall experience is not good. I think I’m done with this place.

I’ve been coming here for years but their service and quality have dropped. My mother went around 4 am and the guy said nothing was ready and to wait 15 minutes. Then I ordered fish tacos today and it was all dough, very little fish. Tasted awful.
