Everyone knows how hard it is to find a decent taco truck. Based only on their meat and seasoning I can say this is one of the better ones. Their tacos are very tasty and the sauce isn’t too bad. Prices are pretty average and they have a wide selection. They have a picnic table if you want to enjoy some fresh air while you eat.

There’s a lady in particular who is very disrespectful. She said me and my cousin couldn’t be around the food truck unless we bought something. So I proceed to buy some drinks and sat down at one of the tables, which by the way are never clean. They only clean them at the beginning of the day and leave them outside chained to a post. We were costumers and she then later proceeded to tell us that we need to leave and stop enticing their customers, whatever that means. The point is the food is mediocre and the prices are a steep for the quality you’re getting. The service is just a infuriating. Keep in mind I’ve lived in the area for 12 years and have see 5 different food trucks come and go where Tacos Las Palmas is and they are not that good to say the least. They truck looks nice but thats the best thing they have going for them. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Really enjoyed what I’d ordered. I do not recall the name of the meal, but they used stew meat and placed it inside 3 fried tortillas with cheese, and with that I had refried beans, rice and a regular sized drink of Jicama. So technically I ordered a meal. Once all added up I will say It was a bit pricey.

My husband and I are so glad to have found a local taco truck that we actually like. Before this we always had to go to Oakland on 22nd to get decent tacos. This place really is a diamond in the rough. We love the quesa birria tacos….and the steak and shrimp burrito they made for me was so good. Meat tasted fresh and like it was marinated well. Definitely my go-to for something good!!

I think these tacos are great if you’re really hungry. But sometimes it just doesnt taste right. Prices are fair, the young guy taking orders was nice. Would still go to this place, but as a second go to.

Instead of staff members saying they are out of an ingredient, they let you think they are actually adding it to your order. You don’t find out the truth until you’re eating it or have eaten it. To sum it up, you don’t get what you paid for and you got charged extra. I can legimately make this compliant now since it’s happened more than once. The first time wasn’t a mistake like I thought. They just engage in these underhanded business practices.
