On the longest road trip ever with not a lot of places to stop for food. We were so tired of fast food and this place had great reviews…so glad we stopped! Amazing enchiladas and quesadillas! You MUST try the limeade as well. Everyone is so kind and helpful, even when my daughter knocked her giant cup of limeade over. If we come back through here, we will definitely make a stop!

We were just driving through and decided to stop for lunch I got a chicken burrito the chicken was very plain. The cheese Burger was really good the fries not so much. The tacos were pretty good shells felt a little bit oily but other than that it was all really good. a nice place for a quick bite if you’re just driving through and need a spot I recommend here.

I was riding through Deming and honestly I never get carnitas anywhere but I was craving them. Those where the best damn carnitas tacos de toda mi vida no lie with pico de gallo on top and service was great. Also la agua de horchata was so good

Amazing. Made with love. Fresh hand squeezed limonade was very clean, and natural tasting. The same can be said about all the food. Very wholesome, natural food. Closest thing to organic you can get from a restaurant. If you order enchiladas, and you try to sub one chicken for one beef they don’t speak English fluently and won’t understand because the enchiladas are not like a regular rolled enchiladas, but they are served flat. Just order 1 type to avoid confusion. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stop here the next time I’m traveling though.

Excellent food, very reasonable prices. Wonderful service. Best barbacoa we’ve had in New Mexico. The restaurant is spotless inside and there is also outdoor seating. We stopped for lunch while traveling through and will definitely be back!

I search the world over for carne asada tacos and all others will be held to the standard of Tacos Mirasol. They are perfection. I don’t know how far out of the way I would drive for these but it can be measured in days before hours. 4 carne asado tacos with one chili relleno from Tacos Mirasol is my death row meal.
