Found this food truck while in Walla Walla on a work trip. The ordering process was easy and the young lady at the counter was very helpful explaining the menu to us. I got a Gordita and let me just say it was hands down the best I have ever had. If you love Mexican street food this place has it all!!

Tacos were stuffed with plenty of meat seasoned to perfection. The sope was perfectly crisp, yet chewy with a mound of tasty meat and toppings. And the five salsas to choose from were absolutely delicious. I wish I lived closer to Tacos Monarca…would eat there probably too often.
