I was reading somewhere it was the best kept secret in Brighton. I’m gonna have to agree with that. Totally didn’t expect the inside to be as large and even with a little sit up bar. The sign outside and the sign inside and the menus don’t match, so make sure you’re looking at the menu when you’re ordering and not picking a number off of the sign as you come in the back side. Because it will be something completely different. I had a piña colada it was pretty good pork tacos were also very good. The steak and onion jalapeño tacos I was told was also at the top. So give it a try they are really really good. It is all strictly Mexican food and definitely worth trying out.

First time and it was great! Food was authentic and tasted great! We went in later in the evening so no waiting. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.

I live near this place and stopped for some street tacos for the first time the other day. Gotta say, not bad at all!!! Pricing was decent! Like 13.00 for 5 tacos. Tacos were quite tasty!!!! The bartender who took my order was very polite and quite helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. The place is small so I wouldn’t take a large group of people there to dine, but for yourself or a small group, it is worth stopping! Enjoy!

Horrible service. Started with waiting 20 minutes before they took our orders, ordered some drinks and one of them tasted like straight soap. Told the one of the workers there that and proceeded to argue with us that she’s tried it many times and that it taste “fine”. I asked if I could get a discount on just the drink and was told no that it comes out of her paycheck. Learn how to treat the people if you’re going to run a food business.

TLDR: Amazing authentic food, but poor service.

Food was delicious 10/10 for me, I can’t complain really on the taste, everything was pretty authentic. My only complaint would probably be the portion size, i felt like it could have been a better experience if the portion would have been a bit bigger. Other than that my husband and i loved the place, it was clean, nicely decorated and restrooms were squeaky clean as well. We’ll be back for sure!

We have eaten dinner here twice. A great spot for a meal before a movie at the nearby theater. The food is authentic (not just Tex-mex basics) – I’m guessing from family recipes. The flavors were excellent, and both times we were offered a complimentary bowl of soup before our meal. I don’t know if that is something they always do, but I’ve only had that experience on trips overseas. On our first visit, the owner also sent us home with a piece of her home-made cheesecake. This place is 15 miles from our place, and yet it will be a regular stop when we’re in Brighton.

I finally decided to stop here after passing it many times. The service started a little slow but they were apologetic and recovered quickly. That’s many places these days. I ordered a smothered carnitas burrito and asada torta with sides of beans and rice. All were delicious and the prices were fair. The place is cozy, bright and clean. I can’t wait to come back and try other items from the rather large menu. Everything I saw being served looked and smelled great!

Food was pretty good. We had 3 x tacos (Al pastor, skirt steak, and pork belly), flautas, and sopa de fideo. The tacos were good, favorite was the pork belly and there was lots of meat. But they are like traditional street tacos, maybe 4-5 inch, with meat, onion, cilantro. You get 5 but they average $15. Flautas were a little over fried, the ends were so crispy we didn’t eat them. Sopa was ok. Overall food was decent but we did takeout and they don’t seem set up for that (like plates with foil).
