Great stuff, lingua taco was killer. Beef burrito also very filling and tasty. Red hot sauce is some of the best I’ve had outside of Texas. Would recommend to anyone looking for good Mexican food.

I had five tacos; two lengua, and three barbacoa with beans and rice for a Cinco de Mayo Celebration in Caldwell. The lengua was amazing, it was tasteful, flavorful, and by far the best lengua tacos I have had thus far. Must try.

Ordered the chicken burrito for lunch. I was traveling in my RV from Sacramento, CA to Jackson Hole, WY, by way of Roseburg, OR. Stopped here on a whim. Discovered that their burrito is far superior to the burritos from our favorite place in Sacramento. It’s bigger, tastes better and about the same price. Service was with a smile–very friendly staff. Will make a point to try their other menu items on my way back. Highly recommend this food truck to anyone who likes exceptional Mexican food.

This is some of the best Mexican food I have found. I am quite the connoisseur too. The chicken was juicy the, the Al pastor was perfect and the sopa was filling. The house made hot sauce and verde sauce was the cherry on top! We drove out of our way to eat here and would do it again!
