Tacos Penachos is a cloud kitchen restaurant run by Chef Ray Quero, who has been in the Catering business for over 20 years. Chef Ray grew up in Oaxaca, the new food capital of Mexico, surrounded by centuries of old flavors, recipes and complex yet sought after recipes. In Tacos Penachos we are all about bringing traditional and unique cooking techniques. Our Real Carne Asada Taco is made the way we would cook it in Mexico, on a grill, with spices and a secret marinade, so good that your neighbors will come and ask you if they can join or bring in dessert just to try your food.
