The Inspiration behind Tacos Plaza comes from the experience growing up in Mexico. After seeing my mother working so hard to support her family she decided to sell food in the streets of Mexico. I can still remember the smells and flavors that complemented so well with every bite you took, leaving a satisfying, delicious and tasty feeling in your mouth.

Best tacos I’ve ever had outside of Texas. The gentleman at the counter who took our order was efficient and extremely courteous. We stopped here on a whim on our way to Vegas and we are so glad we did. We tried every salsa at their salsa bar and they were all delicious. The quesabirria tacos were on point, and the lengua and barbacoa street tacos were totally legit. We will be back on our next trip to the area.

Our party shared a quesabirria pizza, which feeds four. It comes with a beef broth for dipping, it was wonderful. Probably a new favorite Mexican dish! Highly recommend!!!

Always my favorite to do Mexican Tacos and Restaurants. Coming from Salt Lake it really is tough to find good Mexican in St. George so far, but Tacos Plaza was pretty good! Overall they will get a 3.8/5, but one of the better joints in St George.

We rented a large house for my Daughters graduation and had a bunch of people over, The folks from Tacos Plaza came over and set up a street taco station. They brought; Carne Asada, Chicken, and El Pastor along with all the fixings (The Guacamole was awesome) and chips. The food was amazing and there was so much. They left us with all the leftovers which will feed our family for days. Can’t say enough about how great these guys are, or how delicious the food is.

Ok, so perhaps all of the other reviewers will roast me for this but the quesabirrias aren’t very good. We ordered two and didn’t even finish them. They are super greasy and not very flavorful. I tried dipping them, adding various salsas and lime juice and pico and still didn’t like them.
