This food truck is where our restaurant started. It is open seven days per week. We are 100% a family owned restaurant with humble beginnings. All our recipes take inspiration from the state of Jalisco, Mexico, specifically, from Autlan.
We offer a variety of Mexican fare, asada, chicken, carnitas, pastor, suadero (similar to brisket), and much more. Tacos, Mexican tortas, gorditas, huaraches, burritos, to start. A good selection of Mexican beer is also available for your enjoyment.
We enjoy meeting our customers and learning about them and where they come from, but most importantly, we like a satisfied customer. Come visit our restaurant! Our new restaurant is now open on Whipple Road.

Today i went to this place. Someone recommend it. I ordered gorditas de Chicharron. Omg they were so soggy, grease and salty. Not what i expected. Besides they were almost $10. Not worth it.

$15.50 for a super burrito?! $4 for upcharge for super over regular? $4.50 for premium meat tacos? Insane. And it’s not like that money is going towards merchant/credit fees since they only take cash. It’s a horrible value, however the suadero tacos I had were very very good, if a bit small. But then again, I’ve had equally as good and better suadero tacos cheaper elsewhere, so I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.
