Spent over $40.00 total on a takeout order. Not only did they not answer their phone for about 20 mins which led me to go to the store, and order but first they got a meal wrong. I went back to get the actually meal that I originally ordered(and paid again). I also orded a Pollo collores(Arroz con pollo) and there was no queso in the dish. The music is way too loud that when they do awnser the phone they don’t hear you.

This place has quickly became my favorite Mexican food in Decatur their quesabirrias, carnitas, quesadillas al pastor, and their meat lover fajitas are all amazing. The service was a little bad the last few times but the food still tasted amazing and the tea always tastes fresh. Ask for their salsa verde it’s the best.

Been a few times now, this time I got the chicken fajita quesadilla with rice and cheese sauce for the chips and it was all delicious. I really like their tortilla chips, red salsa and queso..it’s very good. Will definitely go back, and already told some friends and they went last week and were fans too. Nice little spot.

We had a great meal at Tacos & Tequilas tonight! The tacos al pastor were delicious! I love the flavorful meat, cilantro, grilled pineapple, and green sauce! The margaritas were very good as well!

I am from Northern, Illinois. There are a lot of mexican restaurants there as the population of latinos is much higher. Moving to central Illinois, ive been trying to find a good one in my area. This one is very good. Has more options of meat than El Rodeo which is in the same area. This little tucked-in-the-corner gem is worth it. They have big sizes in margaritas i saw lots of people had ordered. I did not, but i will on my next visit. I had the Burrito Loco, husband had the Burrito grande, kids had tacos of carnitas and chicken and my oldest had a torta. Very good and the service was amazing. Chips are warm with salsa while you wait. Just come right in and have a seat where you would like. Jarritos, cidral, and sangria at this location. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

This is my rating scale for the quality of the toilet paper in the (men’s) bathroom facilities. I think a lot can be inferred about a business based on the toilet paper they stock in their restrooms. Inadequate is between 2-3 ply, the rest are based on this as a starting point.
