About as good as a taco truck experience as you can get. Solid quesabirria and tacos, a few different salsas, friendly service, picnic tables.

Heading from Tacoma to Spokane and got hungry near George. We found some great reviews about a food truck. Well the reviews were spot on. We split and enchilada plate and two quesabarrias. The food was outstanding and the lady staffing the truck was very cordial.

Great place and you most definitely want to choose the place over the gas stations. They are open 9am-9pm.

I have been to this place several times. They have great tacos and tortas. Be very careful when paying with a card. The lady that deals with the money ALWAYS seems to charge $3-$5 more than the price. It definitely is not an accident. I had it happen 3 times and went back to test it yesterday. She told me $9, asked if i needed a reciept. I said no. Waited for her to run my card and then told her i actually did need a reciept. Just as expected, it was charged for way more.

I was at this place 6 months ago and was charged $7.99 for an enchilada platter which seemed fair. I went back last week and the same enchilada platter now was allegedly $12.99. I asked if there was a mistake but they claimed that this is what it costs. This makes no sense as even full service restaurants don’t charge $12.99 in this area for enchiladas. Then the realization finally dawned on me – there’s a reason why they never post prices on any of their menus. They kinda make up their prices depending on the person, day or mood!

No idea what their hours are- I went on Friday at 7:45 pm and got a carne asada burrito.

Delicious food, ridiculously large horchatas. Vegetarians, they are happy to substitute beans for meat. (I make no promises about whether the beans contain lard, though.)

Not the best street tacos I’ve ever had, but some of the best in Washington. Real quick stop.
