I grew up eating a lot of Indian food and Tadka has flavors and textures that are spot on. It’s been so long since I’ve had Indian food that tastes this awesome and authentic. The Naan bread is made on the spot, if you haven’t had fresh naan, this would be the place to have it. You’ll also want it to mop up the rest of the sauce to polish off your curry bowl

Blown away by the quality and taste of the food. We had lamb vindaloo, chicken korma, and garlic naan. Hard to figure out the favorite among the items as they were all so tasty. I live an hour and a half away and will consider this food truck a very good reason to keep coming back to visit friends!

So good! Had the Samosa Chaat and Chicken Korma. Got all my friends to come back the next day. The food is so good it makes me want to take special trips from Portland just for their food. Great prices too and super friendly people. They cater!

This place is amazing. I tried multiple dishes and couldn’t stop eating. The samosas are delicious make sure to get one. Who am I kidding you’ll want more then one! Try this place you won’t be disappointed. Already thinking of what to try next.

I enjoyed and was pleased to have good Indian food in the Dalles. Great selection and quality for a food truck. Tried several things, some a little on the sweet side of what I’m used to but not bad at all, goes well with their heat options. Great friendly customer service. I recommend and very worth supporting this business.

This little eatery is part of a food truck “yard” if you will. There is a building central to the food trucks that offers indoor seating and beverages. (Alcoholic as well as non alcoholic) I had the butter lamb and my husband opted for the mutton tikka masala. Both dishes were wonderfully prepared. We also had the garlic naan bread to mop up all the saucey goodness. Yummmm…We will be back during future travels through the Dalles.

Mmm! We now have a food cart and brick and mortar Indian restaurant in The Dalles! This little food truck located at the old Wendy’s spot on W 6th Street is a gem. Service is wonderful and they are excited to share their cooking with us. The food is delicious and authentic. The chicken Tikka masala was so tender! Everything is good. Must try it!
