Came here for Father’s Day, but the wait was soooooo long lol. So we came back for Steak Night on Wednesdays. They have happy hour until 6pm, which was a nice surprise. The food was delicious. We started off with the Andouille Shrimp Wrap Appetizer, wife got the 16oz Ribeye with loaded baked potato. I got the chicken strip dinner bc inside I’m still a kid lol. Of course I had the ice cold Michelob ultra draft as well. Highly recommend this place, the servers are really friendly, the food comes out hot and the beer goes down cold. Come check ‘em out!!!

Delicious! I got the seafood platter and really enjoyed it! It was everything I had hoped for! The food here is overall pretty good. All of us in my party we’re satisfied with our, and enjoyed some good Cajun food. It’s definitely a spot that I’d recommend.

Went here for lunch and may I just say… absolutely delicious. The restaurant its self is set up very nicely with small town/home cooking vibes. We ordered alligator, the 2 for 15 lunch deal (gumbo & catfish bites), and beignet fries. Everything was done to an extremely high level with very fair prices. Food came out quick and service was attentive and prompt.

Let’s start off by saying that it was late when we got there and was seated right away for a Friday night. Our waitress was great, our drinks never went empty and our food showed up hot. Our food was great with no complaints from anyone in our party, of 8 people, which is impressive for any restaurant. As for atmosphere the restaurant was clean with several TVs around to watch with sports playing.

I live in Lake Charles and never been here. I was told about the breakfast, so I was curious. From the time I walked in I was greeted. The hostess was very nice and my waitress, KRISTEN, was so awesome!!!! The food was very delicious and I would really recommend this place to others. I will be back to try other menu items.

The tads bowl is one of my absolute favorite things to eat. The problem is getting them to make it correctly. The menu says it comes with ranch but im pretty sure that’s a myth because mine never has. Everything else listed in the tads bowl is more of a suggestion then anything. It should say “may exclude” instead. I mean you wouldn’t think it’d be a difficult dish to prepare being only 8 ingredients but apparently it’s quite the challenge. Being that it’s 15 dollars for essentially a bowl of white rice doesn’t sound that appealing but it definitely can be. If you’re lucky enough to have it made right it will change your life. Top of the list best things I’ve ever eaten. The problem comes now that I’ve found my new favorite dish i want it again. Apparently the first few were lucky unicorns? How many bowls will I have to buy before I get another good one? It’s not difficult to make at home so I guess there’s always that.

Ate the boiled blue crabs. Delicious!! Tried the beignet fries but they were not so good. They had a spice to them, like they were fried in the same oil as the seafood. It made them taste nasty. No one around to complain to. Had to call after I got home. Manager was sympathetic but not helpful

The catfish covered with crawfish etouffee was good. The shrimp platter was good.I appreciate the size of the side salad it’s nice to have a decent salad with your meal. Service was spot-on and what I expected the wait time really wasn’t long. The food presentation needs a little work. Update we went back to Tads the hostess wasn’t friendly after waiting 10 minutes for a drink order We got up and walked out. 5 tables were occupied.
