Although I didn’t order a bite due to the lack of hunger. I did visit the meat market and made a few groceries with them. I sampled their homemade hog head cheese for the first time and it wasn’t bad at all. A very quaint and homely market and restaurant for the Locals and far / abroad Louisianians to drive all the way from wherever to Chalmette just to show them love and take some hog head cheese back with them.

Wasn’t a fan. Got burger and motz sticks. Motz sticks weren’t cooked enough and burger tasted bland. Lady taking order was having a bad day I think as she was rude to us and others.
