Tried this first time, and it was really good. Glad that we got some Mediterranean option around here. Their self order stations were nice and quick. Falafels were fresh and crispy, lots of toppings to opt from. Bowl comes with a side of pita. Will definitely come back.

Visually stunning, but the taste just wasn’t cutting it. Falafel and Kebab was dry and did not taste fresh. Rice was dry and reheated. Fries were sad.

Surprisingly large dining area. Good music, simple seating. Ordering is done at a kiosk, and this led to a bit of a bottleneck as some struggled with the ordering system. Food was delicious and customized to perfection, with lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Loved the impossible kebab.

The food is delicious. It’s honestly better than cava in my opinion because the flavors are great and you get way more food than cava. However, I’ve bought three bowls here in the last week and they’ve all been incorrectly prepared. I keep returning because I enjoy the meal, but they really need to focus on getting the orders right. I got someone else’s order the first time I went, but I live twenty minutes away and didn’t want to return for my order. My falafels were forgotten in my second bowel, but this time I made sure I checked in the store. In my third bowl they forgot my hummus and harissa. I believe they are understaffed and rushing to fill orders, if that’s truly the case they should hire more workers. It’s really annoying when your food isn’t properly prepared.

Was excited because love the food here. First time at this location. No one in store. Stood at counter for 7 mins with three people not offering to help me standing behind the counter. When I asked for help finally the woman said . You have to wait a minute. Felt interaction was very rude. So I sat on my phone in restaurant and ordered instead to go. Will not come back to location due to poor service

I ordered the falafel bowl and was pleasantly surprised. The falafel tasted like real falafel and the pita was freshly made fluffy the way it should be. Very tasty. Place is clean with lots of seating and workers were friendly.

Almost all the employees walked out. We were waiting 40 minutes for our food. The only employee left made himself a meal and is eating while we are waiting for our food. The manager took an employee out front to reprimand them during a busy lunch service. Also none of the proteins or rice are hot. Everything is just lukewarm.
