Awesome dude! I used to live in Guam when my dad was in Air Force 20 years ago. So many food memories! We used to go to block parties in the villages near Andy South, the American base. So much food and this guy really did it up so… freaking good! The Spam masubi was totally great! My wife and I had the Hurao combo and the 3 meat combo! Awesome and savory this guy rocked it! Thank you for having Chamarro food and taking me back to being 16 and cliff diving and all those other memories!!!!!

Really good food. I stopped half way threw my meal to take some pictures for this review. Before i finished my meal. The portion was massive enough for 2 people easy. Something real different flavor wise. The BBQ is sweet salty smokey. The rice was very good. Enjoyed my meal.

I was driving from Oregon on a VERY long road trip & saw/smelled the smoke from the the highway, I didn’t hesitate to pull over immediately. Wasn’t disappointed, one of the best places I ate during my 9 days on the road. Try it all, you won’t be disappointed!

I kept seeing talk of this truck so decided I would finally give it a go. This review is constructive criticism because I believe these folks have big hearts. However, I ordered chicken and rice. The rice was cooked well and I had no problems with the rice. The chicken however, I was a little scared to eat. The boneless thighs were WAY over cooked. It is hard to over cook thigh meat but, it was! The thighs were extremely dry and resembled beef almost. Also, the seasoning needs work. I am guessing I tasted a vinegar taste but whatever it was, the marinade was NOT a good flavor (almost curry-ish). I had to use a lot of siracha to mask the flavor of the chicken. Guys, please work in the BBQ skills because thighs are easy to cook and the seasoning flavor is off. Other than that, I wish you guys success.

The food is great but working construction next door we take lunches at 11 and it’s convenient that he’s next door- it’s not convenient that hes not open until 12. on days when the truck should be there and it’s not even there it is super frustrating because now I’ve waited an hour past when I normally eat and he’s not even there.
