@tainos_caribbean is an amazing ghost kitchen in Broomfield. I had run across it a few weeks ago and had really wanted to try it. It’s in a pretty industrial area that was fairly deserted with no large sign so I just went to the only door that looked open. Fortunately they had a small menu in the window to help me identify it.

The mojo pork had a great depth of flavor with a really nice moderately spicy kick. The beans were also perfectly seasoned and packed a really nice heat as well. Rice was great. The guava and cheese empanada was very tasty. I’ll be ordering again!

The Cuban sandwich – yum!! Loved the accompanying sauces that came with, and the tips vieja was tasty as well. They didn’t have the dulce de leche cake at the time, so will be back to check that out soon!

I’m a native from Dominican Republic. I’ve lived in Denver for almost a year and have found the options for great Caribbean food very limited. This place is a hidden gem! The food made me feel like I was eating my mother’s home cooking ☺️

Amazing, authentic, and mouth watering Caribbean food! Tostones are so crisp, moduros have the perfect texture, and tres leches is so light and sweet I went for seconds. You can taste the love and history in all of Andy’s food. 15/10

Love this place! Love the food, love the folks who work here! Don’t sleep on the rice and beans! I normally don’t care about rice and beans, but this place does them so damn good! Hands down the best Cuban sandwich I have ever had!

Unbelievably delicious! Andy and Rick were so kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic and it shows in their food. Not overly salty, perfect amount of heat, perfect rice, and pork that is melt in your mouth tender. We will be back.

This is one of the best places I have ordered food from. I have tried a few different things from here and everything so far has been amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough. The two guys running the show show are also some of the nicest and friendliest people I have met. Check them out they are great.

Ok first, it’s upstairs so if you go to the address it doesn’t look like a normal restaurant, but you ABSOLUTELY have to go inside, up the stairs and enter his part of the caribbean. The food is absolutely out of this world, the chef is a down to earth guy I was even jokingly accusing him of trying to take my girl with a freshly prepared oxtail. Now this isn’t like a normal restaurant where you sit and a waitress takes your order, no. You get your order taken and you can watch him prepare everything, and literally everything we had was absolutely Delicious. The mufungo, cuban sandwich, cuban coffee, tostones with wagyu beef, the beef empamada, and last but certainly not least tres leches cake with blueberry compote… you know it’s good when your girl says nothing but “oh man, oh wow” for a solid min after taking a bite.
