After wasting my time driving to Thai Basil based on Google reviews and hours to find it permanently closed, my partner drove here, as our back up. It was also permanently closed. I am beginning to think that Google reviews and info are not that helpful or relevant. We ended up going to a place we have been many times. We have been trying to go some new very week, but it was a complete fail. We ended up going to a safe choice. Viet Kitchen. It was super close, and the food was awesome!

I stopped in here for lunch (11-3:30) and ordered the sweet and sour chicken lunch. There was a bit too much breading for my taste, BUT the lunch option came with so much food, I am STUFFED. I also ordered beef udon soup to go which im excited to try later this evening or maybe even tomorrow for lunch. The staff behind the counter were very nice and the kitchen and dining area looked nice and clean! I can see why they have great reviews.

Surprisingly good, and authentic, Chinese food. They have your usual offerings of American Chinese cuisine, but if you order from the “specialty entrees” section of the menu, you’ll be greeted with authentic Chinese dishes. The cumin beef is very tasty and well-seasoned, and quiet spicy, but the portion size is a little small for the price point (13.99).
