New owners. The old place had the same interior for years—decades even. But the food was . New place has inconsistent food. I ordered this before because it was loaded with veg with the meat. Loved the onions with it. This round it had hardly any pieces of veg with the meat. Tastes the same, but the dish was dry to begin with.

Solid local Chinese food place, consistent and tasty. Nice family owned business willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. It’s nice when a business values their customers. If you haven’t tried Taiwan Restaurant yet in Northwest Reno, give them a try make it your next to go experience.

I came in to grab some dinner while I was out. The reseraunt was completely empty on a Sunday evening. I believe the reason for this is because this seems to be such a great choice for takeout. The woman seemed surprised that I was choosing to dine in.

The food and the price is ok. Not so bad or overpriced. We went there because it says it is Taiwanese food, but actually the food is not Taiwanese at all. We were a little disappointed. If anybody wants to have some China flavored food, I’ll recommend there, but if you really want Taiwanese flavor. I believe there are more better choices. By the way, I think people in Taiwan always use chopsticks not forks.

If I could give extra more stars I would. Seriously delicious food and so friendly, they go above and beyond! I love this place and have loved it for years. Consistently tasty, fresh food in a clean, quiet, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend you try it! They even gave me tea while I waited for my takeout just now.

Ordered takeout, the lady helping me was nice but I was very disappointed with the food. I could barely eat any of the main dishes. None of the ingredients tasted fresh and I suspect some are spoiled. No spice in the spicy dishes and there was only a bland, bile-like flavor from every part. The only decent food was the rice and even that I found a dead ant inside.
