I feel like this place overall is at best a 2.5. However due to many factors I’m rounding down instead of up. Service/atmosphere was whatever and the food I thought was overpriced due to portion size. Paid about 20$ per person and everyone felt like we just had a snack.

New taiwanese place that opened on de anza. Although my family is taiwanese, I was born here so I can’t speak fully on how authentic it is, but in terms of taste I did enjoy the dishes I ordered. The youtiao was really fluffy and crispy. Sizzling beef was really flavorful. I already like egg rolls (literally egg roll, not the fried kind) so it was good to me, I got the bacon one this time, but might try a different filling next time. The beef wrap was good too, a lot of other restaurants I feel make the skin too thick, but the skin here is thinner. I like that they give garlic with the taiwanese sausage which is how I eat it at home and one of the best ways to enjoy it in my opinion. The kidney in ma you was good too. Overall the service was kind and the food was enjoyable. I do agree it is a bit expensive though.

Love the food! My boyfriend and I had a brunch here after hiking. We ordered soybean milk, salt and pepper pork intestines (椒盐肥肠), Xiao Long Bao, and Braised Beef Tendon and Tripe. These are pretty good! I love the pork intestines they made because the layers tasted so crispy, and it came with green beans and fried garlic. The service speed was fast. Very satisfied.

Those two stars is for food. Flavor is good. But food portion, price, the speed of getting food ready, service has a lot of space to improve. Won’t be back if nothing change. Not worth it.
