Taj is a great stop for dinner on the way down to Miami! All the food I ate was delicious and authentic, and I’m speaking as an Indian. The Dosa was crispy and perfectly cooked. The naan was soft just as it was supposed to be. And, the curries, Malai Kofta and Matar Paneer, were rich and spicy. Coupled with the waiter’s friendliness, this contributed to a very pleasant dinner experience!

When this restaurant opened two years ago, it had lot to improve. I recently stumbled upon there during their buffet. I was glad to see vegetarian options as well not vegetarian options different than most restaurants. Also the they did not shy away to add little heat to their dishes. Some of my favorite was Chicken Achari, Chicken Curry , Egg plant subji, etc. food quality has improved tremendously in taste and many variations has been offered. Service is great. Will definitely suggest Taj if you are in Brevard ! Only thing I wish they do is to offer better Desert choices especially in Weekends. Also I wish they offer Naan during Buffet rather than fried Puri. But overall, definitely worth the visit.

The Experience of tasting Amazing, authentic Indian Cuisine with a fusion twist is the best way I can describe this flavorful gem of a restaurant! Not too mention the professionalism of the staff who were very attentive and personable! Chef Andrew was a total delight! He came out personally to check not only on us but the other guest as well to make sure everything was just right and to our liking! We would have taken pics but the food looked so inviting and tasted so delicious that we totally forgot! We’ll save that for the next time we come back! Which will be very soon! Thanks again for the wonderful experience! 🙂 Update: We we’re able to capture a picture of this amazing cuisine this time around! The dish in our pic posted is called Chettinad 🙂 So Tasty!
