I’ve been here a few times. The baby girl and I pulled up again today. The service is great. The food is really good. Nice cozy setting, not too fancy, just right. The staff is A1. They have Georgia themed sushi rolls Whats not to like about that .

Gyozia pan fried was so good that I ordered a second round! Veggie gyozia was good as well! This place has the best sushi around Atlanta I’ve had. The salmon was sweet and fresh, my favorite salmon roe was creamy with good flavor and nice color! Freshwater eel and sea eel were very good! Beef and salmon were very good combinations. Tempura and beef teriyaki were very good! Shoyu ramen was ok. Green tea ice cream was smooth and creamy! Green tea was nice! I definitely recommend this place!

Other reviews have stated that there has been a noticeable drop in quality in the transition from Sushi Avenue to Takano, but I personally don’t think so. I went to Sushi Avenue a few times within the past few years, and then I went to Takano today, and I think Takano is just as good as Sushi Avenue was. In fact, Takano offers things that Sushi Avenue didn’t, like ramen and chilled soba, so in some ways, Takano is actually better than Sushi Avenue.

My son enjoyed his dish, he loves ramen and we try a lot of different ramen restaurants. This one wasn’t the absolute best, but it ranked high on his list. The atmosphere was nice inside and the server was friendly.

So it was my first time trying udon, and i would like to say im glad it was this place bc although th food wasn’t a 5 ⭐️ the service is definitely 100% . So would i recommend this place yes definitely.

Been every ramen place in Lilburn-Lawrenceville area and I went there today, I love it!!!! And I like the idea where they put the spicy/hot sauce on the side. Would recommend this place and I sure will come back often.

Best and freshest sushi near us. We order enough sushi to bring another meal home. I admit I leave full. We order the shrimp tempura appetizer to share, a salad with ginger dressing and up to 5 sushi rolls. Especially love the Ocean roll, the crunchy scallop roll, the double shrimp roll and the Rainbow roll. Service is perfect, even at the busiest times. Medium Sapporo?

We have been enjoying this restaurant for close to 15 years. New owners made some positive changes. Good food for a reasonable price. I must mention a lady server that’s been there for all those years. My family and I seek her out every time we stop by. She’s most respectful, diligent and very pleasant.

The food here is delicious and the staff is very friendly!! I went with a party of 9 and we were rapidly seated and waited. Service was great! The waitress was giving us tips on the foods and even let my friend and I try some sake.
