When I heard the words “smash burgers, dumplings, and katsukare”—I visited Take Two Kitchen as soon as I could. I got the iced matcha latte (spot on!!), smash burger (SO GOOD!! get it) and the Korean chicken wings (yum!). I’ll be coming back to try the katsukare and dumplings ASAP. This is a brand new, hip food truck, so be sure to stop by! Literally nothing like it in the Keys. They’re tucked next to the Islamorada Hemp Co.

As a loyal patron of Bad Boy Burrito & Sushi, I was excited to hear there’s a disciple in town. Take Two delivers excellent flavor and a solid variety of lunch time options. The dumplings are actually similar to Xiao long bao (soup dumplings) – full of flavor and very filling. Korean chicken wings are excellent – crunchy and satisfying with that unmistakable gochujang sauce. I’m super impressed! Now I can get my dim sum and Korean fried chicken fix in the keys!
