Run, don’t walk here!!! Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Tallahassee and one I’d take all my guests to. I cannot find the words to describe how good this food is. The Gogi Nachos are just divine with Korean fried chicken. The sesame fries are a stand-out as well, light and flaky like tempura with a strong sesame flavor and a hint of sweetness. Even the ketchup is unique – I’m not sure what is added to it (my boyfriend thinks it’s soy sauce) but it’s more savory than sweet and pairs perfectly with the fries. I balked a bit at the prices when first browsing the menu, but the generous portions combined with the incredible flavor make it a steal. They also have happy hour from 3:00 to 7:00 on the weekdays so we got BOGO sangrias and those were good too, sweet and refreshing without being overbearingly sweet. Whether you’re looking for a full meal (and I do mean *full*) or a place to share plates with friends while scoring happy hour deals, I’d highly recommend Takko. I just put my leftovers in the fridge and I’m already looking forward to returning.

Service was AMAZING, food is AMAZING! I am a super picky eater but stepped out of comfort zone to eat them tacos and wow! I suggest trying this place, I hope they stick around I want to continue going here. The margaritas were really good also.

My first time trying this place is was such an amazing experience. But the second time was a bit unpleasant I’m not sure if it was because we went in right before they were closing or if i just ordered the wrong thing but it was too overnight powering with the special sauce they put on on the tacos . Also the tacos was just too much Goin on i wasn’t feeling the meal at all hopefully i get the chance to go back and try again , maybe earlier !

We ordered Fried Chicken taco, Korean pork taco, mahi mahi taco and bulgogi beef taco. Bulgogi beef is too dry, Fried chicken in the taco is not crispy. Korean pork has toooo many source and when I eat it I really feel like I cannot taste the pork only sauce left in my mouth. The portion is good and Fries is good. Other than that I feel a little bit disappointed. We also had the starter which is sticky chicky, I do think this dish maybe is the best one we ordered today.
