The food was lacking flavor, other than salt and pepper. The veggies were three slivers of carrots, 4 tiny broccoli florets and a lot of onion. I had heard good things about this food truck so I thought I would give it a try. I was so excited to find Boba tea locally, and soon was very disappointed to discover it was a disgusting can of pre-made Boba tea. It was so gross, after tasting it, it went into the trash!! I couldn’t even drink it. Not impressed. I don’t plan on going back.

I was desperate for something quick and vegetarian friendly. I’ve driven by this truck a ton of times and assumed they wouldn’t have anything I could eat. They actually do have a few veggie friendly things. I got the Veggie Roll and the Veggie Spring rolls. The veggie roll was slightly above average but the spring rolls were incredible! Crispy, crunchy, hot, and tasty.

You don’t expect a sushi truck in a landlocked state in a small town to have great sushi, but Tako does. Their hibachi is also a solid and flavorful choice. They have lots of variety and interesting variations on classic rolls. We’ll be back.

Was initially skeptical of a hibachi diner from a truck. Food was great especially for the price. Call to order or you will see 10 people pull up and grab their food because they are smarter than me. Even with the number of orders going out food was done quick. Less than 15 minutes waiting even though I ordered at the window. The crab rangoon was a little disappointing, the steak shrimp and chicken were delicious. The inclusion of a light over the front would be a solid upgrade mostly because I am clumsy and nearly ate pavement tripping on a crack.
