Absolutely some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Salsa was absolutely delicious and the chips were warm. We ordered the cheese dip. I got the Rob Salad and spouse got Burrito Supremo. Meat in the burrito was absolutely incredible. My salad was chopped and the ingredients were so fresh. The portions were quite generous. . We were passing through at lunch time and my sister recommended. They eat there regularly. If I lived in Jackson it would be a must at least once a week. The staff was lovely and the service could not have been better. The place was packed. We got one of the last available tables. Whether you’re a local or just passing through I highly recommend.

Lets make the world a better place
An employee told me that Takos was an excellent Mexican eatery and suggested that I try it so I finally had an opportunity to give it a try and I certainly agree with his assessment. Their salsa was good, chips were great and the shrimp tacos were excellent. We only had about a 10 minute wait time to be seated but immediately the placed filled up and the wait time increased. People waiting inside and outside but the service and the accomodations are well worth it! On Vann Drive, easy to locate and ready to serve, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

They are ALWAYS on point! From attending tables to take out! I have never been disappointed! I had been dinning and ordering take out the past year and had to leave this 5 star! They DEFINITELY DESERVE IT. I wish they did sell liquor but they only sell beer which is fine! My goodness the food is always fresh and packed neatly! Very considerate and professional towards their customers. I am very pleased with authentic restaurant! Thank you ❤️

I cannot recommend this place enough. We fed seven people for less than 50 bucks. The service here was very, very fast and very good. The team here was exceptionally friendly and the food was delicious. If you were passing by this town on your way home after work or after a fun day do not skip out I’m grabbing a meal here. The Mexican food was exceptional, but what really surprised me was the cheeseburgers, which were out of this world! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Jackson. The new remodel and expansion is complete and they now have double the seating available. Everything on the menu is great. Try the el pastor meat in a variety of dishes. Try anything. You won’t be disappointed.

Good food for sure. Service is acceptable. Portions perfect. Small, parking is a little tight. Prices everywhere are over the value received. Thats not a statement limited to one place or another in fact, their menu may just a little bit more competitive in that sense. We’ll go again.
