An excellent restaurant for sushi and sashimi in Beverly! Everything we got was so fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We also had the wagyu beef roll which tasted better than the wagyu beef sushi we had in Tokyo. For appetizers, I recommend getting the shishito peppers and vegetable+shrimp tempura. Service staffs were attentive and friendly.

A surprisingly great Japanese restaurant located away from the busy touristy area. Never expected to have such great Japanese food. The portion of protein in poke was very generous. I wish they had Apple cider in alcohol choices, though. Also, an egg in their udon.

Very nice sushi bar!! Food is fresh and there are a lot of hard to find options!! Having just visited Tokyo a month ago, this place had the same feel and quality I’d expect to get at a nice restaurant in Chiyoda or Shinjuku. Will make this the go to for sushi for the north shore!

I was blown away by this experience. All the fish was so beautifully cut and displayed. Please do yourself a favor and get the Hokkaido uni if it is still available when you go, and the spicy scallop hand roll. I would eat anything the chef recommends.

I just moved here from CT and I have been trying to find a new go to sushi restaurant and I am so glad that I stumbled across Taku Sushi Bar! Taku has the freshest, tastiest sushi I have ever had. Chef Jerry always has recommendations and specials for us to try! A lot of the items come all the way from Japan, including the uni from Hokkaido, which is to die for!
