This is a 5-Star place to me. Every time we’ve been there it has been delicious and the staff super awesome. We get the Monster Pizza for special occasions and it is massive and delicious. We’ve never finished one. Go get the Monster. It is worth every bite!!

Classic neighborhood Italian joint. Casual atmosphere and solid food. Recently they’ve made changes in the kitchen and the food has gotten really good. Chicken Parm, chicken piccata and seafood pasta are all very good. And of course the house salad is a must.

I was incredibly disappointed to see Talayna’s show such little regard for the disability community and mobility aid users. Instead of converting their two stall restrooms in to one that is accessible, they expect customers (who likely struggle with mobility) to travel to Dierbergs which is FOURTEEN storefronts away. So incredibly disrespectful and inexcusable in this day and age.

We came for the first time on Wednesday night.. Nice atmosphere and wait staff. We ordered chicken parmesan and chicken picatta. The bread was good, salad was good. Entrees were just OK. The chicken was so dry on both plates. I couldn’t even cut it with the sharp knife. I’m not sure if it had been cooked and then reheated but it was way overdone. Chicken picatta flavor was fine but the pasta was so dry. I asked for more sauce which they had to make so by the time it came I had it boxed up. Chicken parmesan was the same. Good flavor but just a little sauce on a pile of pasta.

The waitress was very nice and pizza was decent. They did put way too much oregano on, and the dough had a lot of flour on the bottom. If they fixed these two things it would be very good.

Great service. I had the most delicious food last night. The place is very inviting and clean. Our dinner tasted great with fresh ingredients and the manger was gracious enough to stop by to see if everything was to our liking. We will definitely return.

My recent visit to Talayna’s left me and my sisters deeply disappointed and disheartened by the evident display of racism within their customer service. I had hoped for an enjoyable dining experience with my sisters, but sadly, the way we were treated based on our age and race was truly unacceptable.
