What a fantastic place! From the very beginning, the service was above and beyond! The host set up our table at their outside patio and had a bottle of red wine waiting for us (I called ahead and requested the wine). Everyone there was very nice and welcoming! The food was also fantastic! I can tell that the chef and staff take great care in what they do! The outside patio seating, and even inside seating, has a great ambiance! I highly recommend making reservations here and giving it a try! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to Talus Spirits & Sustenance for the first time tonight. Atmosphere, service, food, and drinks were great! We will certainly return. We had a reservation (made the same day too!) and were in and out within an hour.

Talus is the best!!! One of my favorite restaurants by far. From the friendly bartender, to the chef Aaron, I felt the hospitality. If you want a delicious meal and a great atmosphere to go along with it, try them this weekend. Check out the patio too.

Four stars for nice/new/clean atmosphere, decent service, and okay food. Pretty typical for a bistro or gastropub as far as the food goes. The Asian based flavor in the Himalayan ribs was great. Ribs maybe in the crockpot/steamer for a while, a little too soft… Shrimp and cashew pasta was ok, and heavy on sauce (almost soupy). The Buffalo chicken sandwich was typical.

If you like good food and good drinks, definitely try it out! We came on a Thursday around 1pm and loved it! Ordered a French 75 and a Semi-Smoked Old Fashioned and both were wonderful. We got a blackened salmon salad and salmon risotto and again, both were wonderful. Service was great! Had coffee and Lithuanian Torte for dessert and loved it! All for $78 plus a tip – coming from Denver prices, very affordable and quality food for the price. Will definitely return! Thanks team!
