Business is closed on sundays!! We typically order tamales after hiking over the weekends, and we dropped by a couple times during closed hours :(.

I stumbled on this cart while I was walking my dog during a timbers game. The service was friendly the tamales were amazing AND they randomly pop up in my neighborhood?! Consider me sold I’m definitely going to be stopping by for tamales anytime I see their cart pop up. And if I’m ever in Gresham I know where I’m recommending my friends and I to eat!

I would visit! Again, and sgain, and …Bus driving brings me places for layovers… The fresh torn lettuce around my tamales almost made it feel like a healthy salad!! Salsa and sour cream made it the best dish ever!!!?

There tamales are absolutely the best. The problem is, there closed a lot when it’s says open. But i recommend trying to eat there. Tamales 9 out of 10. There delicious.

It’s surprisingly difficult to find good tamales. Maybe because I was spoiled with my great grandmother’s homemade tamales growing up. But the ones from Tamale Factory are amazing! Meat to masa ratio is on point and they are nice and moist. I planned to make my own for Christmas but I’ll just be getting some from here instead.
