Stood outside waiting for my order long enough to see that the cashier (The guy in the red shirt) would handle cash transactions, and without washing his hands he would go and directly put tortillas on the griddle and grabbing the lemons that are placed in every order of tacos with his bare hands, no gloves, no sanitizing, just complete disgust. I have been A customer of this establishment since it was a food truck at the corner of Carolina and North Loop in the mid 90s. The tacos are great but there has to be a priority on food safety by the management and ownership. Perez Family, I can only ask that you make these changes before it’s too late. Thank you

First time here so I can’t give 5 stars although I really want to. One of the best (if not the best) tripitas taco spot in all of El Paso. I’ll be coming back to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Definitely worth a try.

Came waited in line for 30 min then we got to the window she was on her phone mixed our order for those whole 30 min the tripitas it’s was there in the van cooking with the sun and flys were all over the tripitas I let the lady know and said it was fine for us not to worry about it I will be reporting to food and health commission
