I appreciate having an African restaurant close by so I don’t have to go in to Boston anymore. The okra sauce with pounded yam & poff poff are my favorites. I usually order take out. It’s a good spot for satisfying my occasional cravings.

My review is based off their food truck service. Their food is excellent but they struggled to feed a hungry crowd in Hingham last night. It took me close to 1 hour to get my meal. Not sure why they have a food truck if they aren’t equipped to feed people in a timely manner. They messed up our order and many others waiting besides me. They also ran out of food and it was evident that they were NOT prepared for the crowd. If you’re considering to eat at their restaurant, i say give them a try, but dont book their food truck unless you have a lot of patience.

Nice staff, everything I had was tasty and full of flavor and fufu might be my favorite from this place. Doughballs were great as well. The rice plates could have a little.more flavor but what really disappointed me was the goat pepper soup. As much as it has great flavor, there was 5 small bite sized meats and the rest was soup.

Amazing food. Soo much flavor. Not too spicy. I had chicken in peanut sauce, it was great. Not like any other food. Cozy simple decor. Only a few tables. Feels more like you are a guest in a home. Had the meat pie it was also great. Try something new !!

My family and I drove 40 minutes to find this restaurant and it was worth every minute! The service was amazing and the atmosphere of the restaurant was incredibly welcoming. Better yet, the food was not only presented beautifully, but it was also delicious! I will definitely be coming back here soon!

I was excited to try this place but it wasn’t a very pleasant visit, service and food were both subpar. They didn’t want to serve regular water at the beginning and was ear dropping for a long time that makes it awkward and uncomfortable.
