On our way though to Kentucky we stopped for dinner. This unassuming business was part restaurant, candy store, and antique shop. First, the food was top notch. We ordered a variety of burgers, sandwiches and the fridge clams platter, with root beer floats. We sat outside at the picnic tables and enjoyed the evening air. The experience was extremely nostalgic and brought me back to when I was a child dining with my family at places like this. It felt so amazing to share an experience with my wife and kiss. Tammy was extremely personable and friendly. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping by for a true genuine good feeling experience.

We drive past this restaurant a couple times of year and finally decided to try it with friends. It was delicious! We had the Montreal burger and the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The fries are homemade and you can’t beat the burgers. For dessert they offered a selection of ice cream sandwiches in various flavors.

We stopped here out of the blue, what a wonderful surprise! The owners do everything and make you feel like home! All the food is fresh scratch made and cooked so well. The burgers …are the best I have had in a long time! Fresh beef, perfectly pattied, (they offer patties from 0.5 lbs to 2 lbs! Fire grilled … juicy, flavorful, not greasy, cooked perfectly. Even the lettuce, tomato, cheeses and sauces are delicious! The fries are fresh cut and tasty. Cole slaw is sweet and refreshing!

Thank you Google. Without it we may have kept on diving by based on the outside. But once you meet and talk with Tammy and hear her and her husband’s story it won’t matter. The food is out of this world awesome. Get the onion rings for sure. Lite batter crunchy and delicious. The burgers were great and everything is made to order even the coleslaw. Yes, it’s a little expensive but you can’t put a price on food made with love. They have a few different size burgers and it’s hard work so they deserve a lot of praise. Super friendly and just nice to talk with. When you’re within 45 min you absolutely should go. A big plus for using environmentally safe food containers. I didn’t get any candy but that’ll be the next trip. They’ll have a website up soon but follow their Facebook page for updates on that. Good luck Tammy!! We’ll see you again!

This place really is a hidden gem. If you are going to be passing by or have a chance to I cannot recommend this place enough. The jalapeno poppers, cheese fries, and onion rings are incredible. The hamburgers and Reuben are incredible as well. I ordered the Hot Mess burger and got the 2lb option which is 2 patties stacked on top of each other. The patties were cooked perfectly to Medium as I had asked them to be and all of the toppings were a great quality. Everything that was made showed how much Tammy and her husband care for the food.
