Zombie Autopsy

This place is just awesome. If your into general tso like I am. This is the place to go sit down and get it. The cuts of chicken are nothing but tender prime meat. It’s not like the usual in out restaurants woth two tables to sit at where the chicken is just left over cuts of fat and etc. It’s one of the last old fashioned sit town Chinese places around this area. There sushi is pretty good as well.

This restaurant use to be very good but they sold it The new owners don’t seem to care about the customer or the cleanliness of the restaurant. They had a delivery man waiting on the tables . The water glasses had lipstick on them and the condiments were all sticky with finger prints. Did not eat there and left ASAP.

We have gone there for years. Went today and ordered Peking Duck early due to it taking 45 minutes. Duck delivered thrown onto a plate while scallion slivers were 4 inch sticks of whole scallion. Almost no hoisin sauce.

The past couple orders I’ve placed have been for delivery, and I get a phone call that my order has been ready(over an hour) and when I say it’s delivery they argue with me. Then when they bring me the food it’s the food that has been sitting there waiting soggy and cold. Every time I order there has been issues: missing items, it’s stale, food just not up to par. I will never order from here again.

Ordered over three hours ago still no food. Multiple phone calls they keep hanging up even though I have been understanding. They are so rude and the worst service ever. Not trying to even make it right or get us our food. They would call me and then wait to talk and then hang up I am so confused. Not running a good business very sad.

I will never order from here again the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I ordered 46.00 worth of food my food came and the house Lo mein has no sauce it was dry so i called and the man pretended not to hear me so then he disconnected the phone i called several time more and ever time he did the same thing a few time he just didn’t respond to me . I have never had a restaurant not correct the food order. I don’t think anyone should order from someone who was so rude thank you

Good food, but horrible, horrible, horrible service. We had to buss our own table and put dirty dishes on an adjoining table. No water refills, waitress simply dumped the food on the table and left. Waitress spent most of her time near the kitchen on her cell phone. Wife had to go to the kitchen to get containers to hold leftover food. Lifetime award for the worst service ever.
