I got the vegan, my husband got the huevos rancheros. We were both really disappointed in the taste, quantity and presentation of the food. They both came kind of deconstructed, and with some quirks like a ton of pickled jalapeños with minimal actual food. The tempeh in the vegan also had a strange taste to me, with a pretty gross aftertaste. I also got the strawberry matcha drink which they forgot to bring out until our food came out, and was just not good. The matcha tastes watery and the strawberry was just a thick goo that stayed at the bottom of the drink and didn’t mix in. Overall, we were really excited to try this place and ended up pretty disappointed.

Large space that extends all the way to the alley with comfortable seating. They have a small patio but it needs umbrellas because it is way too hot in the sun and today was only in the high 70s.

This was my first time to Tangerine. I love the atmosphere and the tangerine colors. My Paloma was delicious! Really loved the grilled chicken sandwich I had, and I could not stop eating all my fries.

Walked in no one said hello. Waited for about a minute and the guy walked in behind me and they talked with him and then looked at me and the guy was like oh you’re waiting. The guy sat me. I ordered a coffee drink. Really easy. Two shots over whip. This is what they served it in. Just a bad experience and Jack had an attitude the whole time. It’s like he had an issue waiting on people or didn’t like it.

Seemed like a nice place to eat initially, friendly waitress, nice decor. We put in our order and proceeded to wait a little over an hour, we noticed people that came in after us were getting their food, finally our waitress came by and informed us that they had lost our ticket, would we like to order again. Never had anything like that happen before.

I love Tangerine. They always have fresh ingredients and I have yet to be disappointed in their food. I have to rave about the bacon avocado Benedict. Soooo goooood. I have gotten it several times but today was exceptional. I had to take a picture. It was artfully done, and, as someone who loves poached eggs, know that today the eggs were absolutely perfectly poached.

Bright and cheery diner. The menu has a lot of choices, but I had a hard time finding something dairy and gluten free. Everyone in my parry said their meal was delicious and they’d go back again. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful. Coffee is extra strong, just an FYI.
