Our family enjoyed the buffet but it was very expensive, as was everything in the hotel. My bargain loving friends would probably never eat here. We had the breakfast buffet on a Saturday and it was fairly uncrowded. We all loved the omelets made to order by the omelet chef at the buffet. Service was good too, all that was needed for buffet style eating.

Everytime I go here I get excellent service. The breakfast is really good. All different kinds of choices. You can get mimosas and bloody Mary’s as well. The view over the pool is also lovely. It’s always peaceful when we go but may be busy earlier and we are not early birds. Clean and attentive staff. Thank you

Excellent food made fresh. Friendly and attentive staff willing to help with your order. Lots of healthy food options are available with great salads and fresh fruit. We had the prime rib on Sunday which was tender and amazing. On Wednesday night, we had the pizza that had to be on my top 10 pizzas ever. The deserts are fantastic also with a selection of tiramisu, key lime pie, and cannolis. Cloth napkins, linen tablecloths, and heavy silverware make the experience very pleasant. I had the short rib and my wife had the shrimp scampi. The short ribs, especially for the price they charge, are absolutely disgusting. It’s over a bed of pasta that literally has no sauce. The short rib itself was overcooked and dry. The shrimp scampi tasted like a TV dinner. I would NOT recommend this place, I don’t know how they get away with charging those prices as well. Like if you’re going to charge $35 a plate it better be good. Very disappointed, I would advise door dashing your own food if you plan on staying here.

Wow, I don’t even know where to start. Some food was good. I wasn’t impressed. I especially wasn’t impressed that the price was not displayed anywhere. No menu. Buffet only. We made a reservation on OpenTable and it had a full menu listed with prices. Those prices were in my budget. The $127 per person buffet was a joke. An extra $20 charge for “large group”. We had 2 people in our party. This was highway robbery. I would not recommend this to anyone. The people sitting next to us asked if the bill was a joke. I had to agree. I would have never gone, if I knew the prices. The waitress did not address the questions when asked where the menu was at. She said you can go up and dine whenever you’re ready. OpenTable and hyatt NEED to work on making the price clear. And the large group price was upsetting and seemed discriminatory.

Good service and good dessert. Skip the dinner! Pre-Covid this place used to have a good prime rib dinner and tasty food, sadly they must have lost their chef. For the main restaurant of the hotel, the food was beyond disappointing and barely edible. Presentation was there but taste was not! Hopefully they figure out a new chef quickly!

The food is disaster always burned,very expensive not worth it.They charge you 20% service charge for food that you pick up for to go doesn’t make sense.They know guests not have choice of food and take advantage of that.

Went here for dinner tonight with my family of four. One ordered the buffet and that allowed the kids to eat free. Food was average at buffet but because the kids ate free it felt worth it. I did not order buffet and ordered off the menu. Food never came. Waitress didn’t come to check on the table so I sat for about 20 minutes before I waved another waitress (not mine) down. My waitress didn’t know why it was taking so long. I told her I didn’t want it since my family had finished. She didn’t offer to comp any food or put it in a to go box. I then spoke to the manager and she offered breakfast vouchers which I didn’t accept. Their breakfast wasn’t great. At this point, I was upset because they did not offer to comp any part of the meal, make it quickly and box it up or send it up to my room. Very poor customer service.
