This place is amazing. The lady who took our order was so nice and explained everything since it was my first time there. The spicy chicken and the caprese were my favorite. We got a small cup of the chimichurri sauce but I should have bought more to take home, it was delicious. My friend got the Italian meringue alfajores for dessert. She said it was like a fancy moon pie. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

The empanadas here are incredible and the service is excellent. You can taste the care that they put into their food and my wife and I try to stop by as often as we can when we visit St Charles or are just headed home from the airport. Truly a hidden gem.

This restaurant was amazing! I bought 2 of each of the beef, chicken, and steak. One mild and one spicy of each. The food was hot and fresh! I think the lady who helped me was the owner. She was so kind and hospitable. I can’t wait to go there again.

Worth visiting! The Argentinian empanadas are delicious. They are palm sized so we ordered a dozen for a table of three (4 each). They let us mix and match to try more flavors. My favorite was the beef and raisins, which surprised me. The tuna one was also tasty with the vegetables coming through. Honorable mention was the butternut squash, which was creamy. I did not like the creamy corn as it didn’t have a distinct seasoning or flavor.

I ate here on vacation last week and am still thinking about it! I wish I didn’t live so far away! I tried four different empanadas and they were all tasty, I liked the spicy five cheese empanada the best. Great variety of options for vegetarians. The owner was so welcoming! She went above and beyond explaining everything and sharing freebies.

Today was my first time eating at Tango, but it will definitely not be my last. The empinadas were golden, flaky, and delicious! We decided to go for a variety of fillings, each very true to its menu description (along with a unique blend of Argentinian spices and aromatics that lifted the flavors to another level). The staff was very friendly and helpful, you can really tell they are passionate about their empinadas, and with those flavors they have every right to be!! If you haven’t visited this slice of comfort food heaven, do yourself a favor and go check it out!

This was a great experience. There are few food items beyond empanadas on the menu, but that is why we came. And we were not disappointed.

I have heard a lot of great stuff about the place in the past, but have never stopped by until a couple days ago. Hector, the owner, loves his business and is a great business man. Extremely nice and polite, he takes the time to chat with you and explain his working process, the business history and the ingredients quality. He is super cool to talk and anyone can listen to him for hours.

The empanadas were fresh and full of flavor. They definitely don’t skimp on the filling and the dough is so butter and flaky. We ordered 3-4 a person. Get a chimichurri to add even more spice and flavor. I would recommend saving room for dessert. The dulce de leches pancakes looked delicious. I tried one of their more traditional sweets that like a fancy moon pie covered in Italian merengue. The staff was so kind and helpful too!
