Very authentic! Food was amazing! I got the Gorgonzola Steak Pasta ! It was amazing! My boyfriend’s shrimp pastas was good too! Lots of big shrimp in it! We got a lobster crab ravioli sample for appetizer that was so good! They offer it as a dinner option as well! But if you want to try different things this is the way to go! Was a good date night! Would recommend!

What a little gem this place is. The food was amazing and staff attentive and friendly. Specifically, we had the calamari (both the sweet chili sauce and marinara were perfect to dip in), Caesar salad (delicious homemade dressing), chicken Marsala (Marsala sauce was one of the best ever but chicken was average) and prime rib (cooked perfectly medium rare with a nice char). All very very good! The crème brûlée was typical but prepared as it should be. Will definitely go back to try more!

We were in Elmira for an overnight and happen to land at Tanino’s. It’s a hidden gem. Great waitstaff, good cocktails and a diverse menu of standard Italian food, with bread made in their bakery. Both covered outdoor and comfy indoor dining.

We had a party with about 15 people. The waitress was really good. The timing of our food coming out was really slow. The food itself was hit and miss. I got chicken parmesan which was really good, the spaghetti that came with it was very bland. They’re sauce and meatballs in general were very bland. Others meals were hit and miss as well. My cousin had amazing pork chops, raviolis were good, another cousin agreed their sausage was good. For the price of the food I personally would expect everything to be top notch. It was middle of the road.

This is our go to restaurant for family celebrations. Every time one of the kids has a birthday or has something to celebrate, this is where we go. Food is great, love the atmosphere; our favorite is dinner on the patio with live music. I hear the live music is no longer and I hope that’s not true, it’s really the 5th star of our review/experience at Tanino’s. Please bring it back!

I order the roasted salmon filet which always comes with potato and vegetable tonight 7/7/23, came out with salmon and potato no vegetable which is normally asparagus.was told only one side now which was potato, I have ordered this meal no more than 20 plus times. Brought this to waitress attention told sorry. Bill $165.00 dollars still have he a $40.00 tip won’t be back. Either poor training, incompetent worker, or a piece of potato and fish $30.00 ? To bad was a great place

Italian inspired meals. Loved the food and experience. The conference room i was in had a deer and i think a buffalo head among others which i found odd. The cheesecake dessert hadc some lumps in it but that told me it was homemade and i loved it!

Beautiful restaurant, service was great!! Food was bland, Alfredo had no flavor!! Shrimp was chewy!! Calamari over cooked!! No salad included with entrées!! $7 for a side salad (iceberg lettuce)! Very disappointing!!
