If i could give this a negative star review i would. I work up the street from this Tanners and always have problems with the very unfriendly staff and Manager. We ordered 2 meals and an appetizer and there was something wrong with each one of the plates. We specially ordered horse radish sauce for the French dip sandwich and of course did not receive it (This happens on a regular). Next meal was the Tan Fins. The lettuce was for sure rotten. the lettuce was very slimy and brown. When i called and spoke to the manager he claimed he made it fresh this morning. Of course that’s not the case since the lettuce was so dark and gross. Secondly the fish still had scales on it! The appetizer was the slider burgers and they were completely dry and hard to swallow. I called to complain and the Manager was very unprofessional and pretty much said that we just can’t please anyone and to never come back to that location and then hung up on me. Long story short AVOID THE FOOD AT ALL COSTS! This was 3 different types of food and it all was horrible. I’ve included pictures for reference.

We went there about 930 on a Sunday, specifically because their hours went until midnight. We were rushed to order our food, because the waitress told us the kitchen stopped taking orders at 10:00. At 11:00 they turned the lights off on us so we were forced to leave. No warning, no nothing. Staff should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers that way.

good food decent alchol prices don’t take kids after 900 on weekends it gets adultish….drinks,karaoke,… this would have easily got a 5, butttt….the wait staff was rude I will not mention any names but it was as if they were getting mad that we ordered drinks or had a question about a drink….IE…. I tried to order a top shelf whisky as well as a michelob ultra they did not have those choices…. THATS OK….. but the person THEY/THEM, didn’t have the next whisky I tried to order and got visibly upset when I asked for something else. But overall I don’t rate this stuff based on staff because that constantly changes so I would say try it out….. It was overall a super fun experience

Sign said “please seat yourself.” We sat ourselves on the patio and waited over 25 minutes and a server never showed. We inquired inside twice and they assured us someone was coming outside. At the 30 minute mark with no service we left and went to Nick & Jakes where we always get outstanding service.

This Tanners is probably the worst Tanners I’ve ever been in… The girls waiting tables all looked slovenly the way they were dressed..and the floor was dirty. Our waitress couldn’t hear,didn’t understand and looked confused with a simple order..

This location is starting to get dated and needs a refresh. Meals are overpriced and service is slow. I had wings that looked like the ones that come out of frozen food section. Used to be fun but feels like management hasn’t kept up with better options right around here. Also, the only reason we came was a coupon sold for De Soto baseball. When we got the check they said they wouldn’t honor it and the coupon was only for Tanners on 87th street. Really? Wow. Get better. Probably the reason there is a 45 minute wait across the street and all you have here are open tables.
