The food was absolutely delicious. We brought in our friends to join us and everyone loved it. The cook even provided complementary Baklava to try! We have no complaints with the service. It is not fast food by any means but it is good food and worth the wait. The tea was also very flavorful. I only used one sugar packet and I think that was enough. Perhaps it wasn’t even necessary. We want to thank the staff for all their service.

It was the middle of the week and Wednesday calls for a mini venture out to follow Hubz around his work sites, which led me to exploring Uplands, CA. I was having some major cravings for Mediterranean food and found Tanya’s on google! The area is not the most modern or bustling area ever, when we arrived for lunch it was around 12pm and the restaurant was empty. During our visit there were a couple of patrons in and out, also a few making takeout orders. I’m assuming the lady who took my order is Tanya, and I’m assuming she was also by herself as she was the only one coming in and out to verify orders and cash people out. Wait time for our food took about half an hour so this is not the choice for something quick unless you plan and try to call ahead!
