Foods delicious, reasonably priced. The women working were very very nice as well as all the patrons. Lots of outdoor seating. But we just grabbed to go. Definitely will stop here when passing through Taos again.

The hands down best green chili sauce I’ve ever had. I had the Huevos Rancheros x-mas style with beans and hash browns. The Red was great but the Green was unbelievably amazing. The Ladies are the sweetest and greated me with a huge smile. Thank you Taos Chicharron Burrito.

Tried to find a good breakfast burrito on a Wednesday morning. The first two spots were closed and this was the third on the list. This was by far some of the best smothered breakfast burritos I have ever experienced- every bite was better than the last. The staff was fantastic and friendly and the food was worth the (made-to-order) wait. It was not busy when we arrived so I imagine that at busier times, it could take a little bit.

I got my usual chili hot hog. Got home and this is what I got. The most unappetizing looking dog on the planet. No chili on the dog and no cheese. The bread wasn’t even split on the right side. Some one knowingly just threw it in the box. Not worth $5. If you were open when I went back I wouldn’t even ask for a redo. Just because it’s almost closing time doesn’t mean you half a$$ someone’s food.

Don’t miss this food truck if you are in Taos. Memorably great breakfast burrito with chorizo. Perfectly constructed and easy to hold and neat to eat. The burrito is very generously sized, and was big enough to share for a light breakfast. The seasonings and flavors were superb. Fresh ingredients. Sweet, friendly staff.
