The double decker chicken melt is NOT TO BE MESSED WITH! What a great meal! Super crispy, very delicious… AND! You can take off one of the chicken patties, take it home with you, and make a whole separate meal with it! Yum yum yum. I also got the spicy jalapeno watermelon margarita made with homemade sour mix. Very good! Highly impressed with the food and the excellent service.

We had our daughters first birthday party at tap house this past weekend in the party room. Everything was fantastic! Tabitha, the GM, was outstanding. Her customer service alone made the experience go smoothly, but you can also tell she genuinely cares. I gave Tabitha our budget and she helped me create a buffet that left all of our guests very happy. Nonstop compliments about the food and venue. Alyssa, our server, was amazing and very attentive. After hosting a few different events at other local restaurants, I can confidently say this was the most stress free, yummiest and overall best event we’ve hosted. Thank you Tabitha, Alyssa and Tap House!

The food was good. I had the prime rib dip with mozzarella, the au jus was really good (maybe order a little extra au jus of you like it with your fries too). The service was excellent! Liz was our server and she had really good recommendations and was very attentive to us!

We were there over the weekend. We had a larger group for dinner which I know can impact service. Our server was overwhelmed due to the amount of tables she had (perhaps they were down a server or two?) but she did her very best with everything. There were things that we had to ask for multiple times such as waters or drink refills, (it took myself over 30 minutes and asking multiple times to just get a water) but she did her best to get us everything we needed. However, there were things like lemons or other drinks that we never ended up getting. I want it to be clear she is not the sole reason I am giving such a low review- it was because of the food. Not sure if it was a new cook, or what, but our food was a mess. We ordered five burgers, four of them were supposed to be medium. All of them were very well done. Someone had salmon, which was dry, crispy, and had no flavor. The wraps had more lettuce than anything in them. Someone else didn’t get the fries that automatically come with their meal. Someone ordered the grilled cheese, it came out with pulled pork on it. One of the kids burgers was messed up, and it took over 15 minutes to have a new one made (so there was no way we were going to ask to have four burgers remade). The server made sure to read back the entire order before turning it in to make sure it was accurate, so it was not her fault things were coming out of the kitchen wrong. There was no one helping our server bus the food, so it took over 10 minutes from the time the first two people got their food to the time everyone else did – mind you the kids were served last and were asking about where their food was. We told the server about our experience, which she did apologize for, but there was nothing ‘addictive’ about the food we were eating. We will not be back again to this restaurant.

Went as party of a Bachelorette party in the private event room. Food was decent but they were out of jager and amaretto, which are the only two drinks I prefer so I didn’t order anything. Pretty disappointing, considering it was a Saturday night. Otherwise, the atmosphere was okay.

Maddie was our server and she’s super sweet !!! Fiancé and I got the chili, so good!!! Their cheese is super delicious. Not your typical cheddar cheese that you get elsewhere. Also got the mahi mahi sandwich. Totally recommend! Will definitely be coming back!

Food wasn’t quite as good as we’d hoped. Fish and chips were great but we had 2 orders of Mac and cheese and the sauce was watery and separate from noodles (instead of baked) almost like noodles hadn’t been drained well. Service was good and it was a busy night. We’d give them another chance.

Our bartender we had was very attentive. We were also there for a private party this past Saturday and our waitress (can’t remember her name) was fantastic! She kept the drink coming and didn’t miss a beat! Kudos to her as I know we kept her very busy.
