Amazing place, staff we’re professionals, friendly, establishment was clean, plenty of safe parking, plenty of security cameras, rooms are great. There is a small pool with plenty of seating everywhere. For the record I did not stay here I was visiting my little sister who happened to stay here and invited me over and since do reviews I decided to do one. She stay days for a total of roughly $800. I recommend this place.

We went for breakfast/brunch and were amazed at the menu and the prices. We were able to get three eggs scrambled with our choice of add-ons. I did spinach, bacon and feta and it was delicious. I usually don’t get coffee at restaurants as it tends to taste like cereal, but needed the caffeine. It was better than Starbucks. We will be heading there again on Wednesday for their $16 burger and beer special.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in walking distance of several great restaurants and st petes pier. Has a great atmosphere, dimly lit inside with cool lighting fixtures and decorative accessories. Casual and relaxed, several comfortable common areas, with a café, bar, and dining area inside and covered porch seating. The pool area is beautiful and feels like a party they have music in the evenings and nice bar. They also have a spa that I didn’t get the chance to explore. It’s a great place to stay if you’re going to a baseball game. It’s about a 30-40 min walk to the baseball stadium, Tropicana field. Uber and lift are available if preferred, but the hotel offers free shuttle rides to the stadium, and it only seats 14 people at a time. The room was clean and comfortable. Good space nicely decorated. Had a mini fridge and microwave with a great tv. The bed was comfortable and had nice sheets and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was small but good. The only thing I did not like was the water pressure and temperature while taking a shower. That was miserable. The water was very weak, and the temp would go from perfect to scalding, freezing, and back and forth very quickly! So, it was extremely hard to shower comfortably, forget about washing long, thick hair. Overall, the hotel was perfect with great parking, an elevator, and lots of amenities and in a great location! I would definitely stay again!

Liked the atmosphere. I love booths and outdoor seating! Chose to sit inside because outside was too noisy and someone was smoking.

Came here for dinner one night while staying at the hotel. I had potstickers or steamed dumplings and salmon flatbread. Both were delicious.

The custom scrambler is fantastic. The Benedict is really good too. The vibe is great with historic pictures everywhere. There is also a pastry counter serving a variety of fancy treats.

The cocktail pink streets was amazing. I had two Sat outside, great atmosphere. I ordered the Chefs open faced sandwich. It was Luke warm which was disappointing especially when there’s gravy on top. The meal was delicious regardless. The server was very slow moving/ distracted. Brung me water with no straw then brung my dinner with no utensils.

My significant other and I have become regulars at the Tap Room. My parents come often and we decided to finally check it out. I’m almost shy to leave this review in fear too many people will discover this gem and waitlists for a table become the new norm. The service is always excellent. Always. We come about 1-2 times per week and have never had a poor experience. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very easy to make small talk with. The food is excellent! We are trying to go through the entire menu but I cannot stop ordering the amazing shrimp and jalapeño tacos . For breakfast, I highly recommend the breakfast burrito or the egg and cheese sandwich. We have tried the grouper Mediterranean and the mussels for dinner which are both excellent. Two of our favorite appetizers are the chickpea hummus with crispy fried pita chips & the grouper nuggets ……sooo good! Will return again and again and again.
