The location is somewhat hidden but this is a taco wagon you don’t want to pass by. From first appearance you might overlook it’s location because the restaurant is located in a converted school bus. The front half has a small seating area with benches and the back half of the bus is the kitchen. The food here is amazing and the portion sizes are quite generous. Upon finding my regular taco wagon closed on a Tuesday night I decided to venture over to Taqueria Ayala (located in the north parking lot adjacent to Starlite skating) to see what they were all about. We’ll just say it was amazing! I actually went back 3 days later to try some other things on their menu. For my picky 6 year old I ordered the cheese quesadilla (which was so big he ate the other half the next day) and my wife and I had the barbacoa super quesadilla which we could have easily split. The beef was tender and seasoned perfectly. The next time I visited I decided to stick with the super quesadilla but this time I had carne asada which was great as well. I also tried the spicy pork pizopes which was awesome and comes highly recommended. Please support this business and give it a try! If this review was helpful or you agree give me a like!
