The food is excellent but the service is simply awful. Long wait times and the teen male behind the counter obviously doesn’t want to be there. He barely acknowledges your presence. They close early with no notice and often don’t answer the phone for take out orders. They also charge about 30% more than the competition. Not the way to run a business in my opinion. The Quesabirria is the best I have found though.

I was looking forward to trying the food but they didn’t even acknowledge me when I greeted them. I like giving places great reviews (if the food is great) but this place really disappointed. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. Would not recommend with the attitude I received (also they were sold out of adobada and tongue).

I frequent here once a month or so, food is good although customer service could be better. I asked for guacamole on the side today for my burrito and didn’t get it on the side even though I tipped and paid for extra sauce. I didn’t get my receipt so I’m not sure if they charged me for the guacamole I never got. They were not busy and I called ahead so I’m not sure why the lack of service.
