Stopped by to give them a try as there is usually a line waiting whenever we pass by. There are many options to choose from. Be warned the portion sizes are big. You will have so much food no matter what you order. Only rated a 4 star though because the prices quickly added up. Was pretty comparable in cost to going to a restaurant to sit down and eat which isn’t normally the case with food trucks.

Had a burrito. It was very good. The hot sauce they have is also very good. Service super friendly. Food truck picnic table seating works like it should. The only thing I didn’t like was trying to eat a burrito with a flimsy plastic fork.

Awesome food truck food! It’s our favorite food truck to visit in town. Staff is always friendly, food is always delicious. Everything is cooked fresh. Sides are delicious as well. Love their Chimichanga and their special burrito. Both are very filling and delicious!

Whoa. I just had a flavor punch in my mouth. The lengua burrito was so good. The salsa verde was so good. I miss Mexican food that tastes like Mexico. Much better than the truck across the way!

This place had some major issues. To start the elote was watered down and tasted like straight lime juice, the price was high for the quality of food, the rice was dry, and the beans were canned. The real problem was the fish tacos which tasted rotten! Both me and my girlfriend spit it out. My suggestion would be to head over to Gabriel’s which is the smaller food truck, she had amazing elote and tamales. I wouldn’t eat at Doblado again if you paid me, the best thing was the strawberry candy they had out for customers.
