I wish there was a way to put negative stars instead of positive. Came an order at 6:14pm around 6:38pm they still didn’t have my order ready however the family ahead of me got serve first. I politely asked the cashier about my order. I clearly saw how the person wrapping the burritos hand him a super burrito that was already cold on the side of the table(the burrito wasn’t even fresh) he put in to the grilled to warmed up ehile trying to distract me, and he expected me to accept it. After asking for a refund the Cashier denied to me. I also purchased an horchata and i was only gonna take that since they wanted to served me a cold burrito that they just added shrimp and salsa, the cashier denied me a refund. Thanks to you guys I wasted my whole lunch time there, I rather lose $20 bucks than getting sick from their food. I honestly thought they serve fresh and good quality food but I’m not recommending this place to anyone. Also I’ll investigate if its ok for a business to sell old cold food to the people. Obviously the burrito they tried to give me was there for a long minute.
