Hidden gem in Waco that’s been a food truck and now is a brick and mortar. No longer cash only as they take cards. The breakfast burritos are massive! They also serve menudo which was delicious. They are also a clean plate winner which means the passed with a 100 on health inspection. Friendly people and great food.

Absolutely delicious! Authentic Mexican food in a neighborhood near you! My usual order is steak tacos but, they have tortas, flautas, Elote, Aguas frescas, Mexican soda, and much MUCH more! This Wacoan gem is hidden on Memorial drive pretty close to the VA. Stop by and support this delightful small business!

Service was not pleasant, food is ok, but since we don’t drink soda just water, the lady was not happy we didn’t order drinks, my daughter has a special cup with water in it and the lady just came to our table telling us we can brink drinks from outside it says out there “ (we didn’t know by the way) which wasn’t a drink from other company it was her tumbler bottle, my husband he used to ask for water only but the lady didn’t have regular water just bottles so she probably think we were cheap, so there is a professional way to ask people when something is not allow inside though.

This place hands down best priced and tasting tacos in town. I’m totally conflicted by the “bad” reviews and left in total disbelief but to each his own. Every restaurant has it’s day.. My favorite is the chicken tacos. You can taste the love and the freshness. This business is family owned and operated. My only complaint (I’ve been eating here for 5 years) has been when I had to wait… and I’m aware that my Anericanized sense of convenience needs to checked. It’s always worth the wait. FRESH INGREDIENTS at a GREAT PRICE for my family of 6. I’ve eaten at the more expensive Mexican restaurants in town. They don’t compare. You’re paying for a the name, fancy menu, or pictures on the wall. I’ll go for taste and quality any day. And Momma can have a bad day at the window… The food is GOOOOOD!
