I had the BEST Mexican food in my life at this hole-in-a-wall joint! I ordered a huevos rancheros from the place, got laughed at by a Mexican guy, but it’s ok! That’s how I know it’s authentic and it’s the best Mexican food I have had. $10 for rice&beans, 5 small tortillas with eggs marinated in brown spicy sauce ( I don’t know what it’s called). I’d come by more often but I was on my home from the beach and wanted some food. I’d love to stop by again next time I am at the beach. Yum!

Excellent service and food! However it located in an Exxon gas station, so the atmosphere is dependent on your tolerance for local flavor. I do take out, so no issue for me. As a native of the southwest, I can testify that they have some of the best Mexican cuisine I have ever experienced. When in town, I try to stop by if possible.

Great tacos, very similar to ones I had in Mexico City. Decent nachos. The pambazo is absolutely amazing! Absolutely worth a stop, though be prepared to wait in line at peak lunch time. Small eating counter inside and one outside table.

Made to order fresh and fast and delicious….. “Chipotle” & “Taco Bell” why bother…… Come here! We did carryout, say yes to both salsas, red is spicy & smokey, Verde (can I have a bottle please?) Atmosphere, so its in an Exxon but the Cashier and team were happy singing and laughing, couple of chairs at a bar in window so you could eat there if you wanted to, or watch cars go by on Route 50 while you wait for carryout. Can’t wait to go back again.

As a Tejana, meaning I am a Latina from Texas and I know Mexican food. This place blew me away. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. Don’t let the fact the location is a gas station. We ordered food on a trip to ocean city. I ordered La Torta de carne asada and a few tacos. Good lord have mercy. Que rico!!!!

Usually we have the most excellent food here, even though it’s always hard to order since my Spanish is broken. Tonight was very different. The woman that took my order didn’t pay attention at all, so I told my husband to be sure to check the order when he got there. When my husband showed up to pick up the food they had made 2 of his sandwich, both incorrectly, and they never made my burrito. They refused to fix his food, trying to make him take a sandwich they scraped guacamole and beans off of. While there is always a language barrier, this was just flat out poor customer service. If they ever made something incorrectly they have always fixed it in the past. The burrito I finally got wasn’t very good at all either. I hope tonight was a fluke!

This is a local favorite hands down. Always a go to spot for the crew when we work in this area. I grew up down the street and everyone from around here takes pride in our local taco spot being one of the best.
