I loved the tacos, a tad pricey, I feel that all the tacos in northwestern Louisiana are going to be expensive. But definitely flavor is there, I’d recommend for sure. I got Al pastor and carne asada.

I ate an amazing lunch and the location was easy to get into and out and the staff are very friendly. This is one of the best places to enjoy a time trip to your childhood and your mother or grandmother fixing a great home meal.

When my husband and my mom first pulled in the open sign was off, my mom told the owner and she just said “oh yeah ill turn it on”but didn’t really care much about it. The place was practically empty only one table was occupied, but we were hungry after a long trip we were passing by and decided to stop there to eat. My husband ordered a Carne Asada and from the first bite he took the meat was dry and had absolutely no taste whatsoever, he kindly got up to let the owner know and to see if maybe he could just get something different instead, but she refused and her answer was plain no. I got up to ask her why he couldn’t get something different and that he wasn’t asking her for a refund and her answer was no, she wanted to offer him 2 tacos for the price of the Carne Asada that he had already paid. I told her that the service was awful and that her attitude was worst, A place like this shouldn’t even be running and open to public if they’re gonna be treated very poorly, she obviously didn’t care about the fact that my husband didn’t eat anything. She left and didn’t even apologize for the worst service given or atleast apologize for the experience with the food. Will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN.. OVERLY PRICED my husband paid 50 something dollars for 2 plates and 2 drinks and didn’t even get to eat or enjoy his food. We regret stopping at this place. I didn’t even get to enjoy my food either. First off let me just say out of all the places I have went to in the south for taco this place makes the best. I’m from California and I can’t say enough how I have longed for real authentic street tacos out here in the south. I went for the first time today, I got two carne asada tacos and a carne asada burrito. It all came out to 19.00, which I feel is great for what I got. The tacos were awesome 9/10 the only reason I don’t give a 10 is because the tortillas were a little over cooked and hard. The burrito was piping hot still, by the time I made it home to eat. I give that a 9/10, my only comment is that I wanted veggies on it like lettuce, salsa, onion, etc. I could have read wrong how it’s made, not sure. But I highly recommend you to go here, if you love real authentic Mexican food. Everyone was nice, I was in and out in about 8 minutes.

Went and had lunch here. Last time we came it was great. Today we got very stale chips with our queso. So when the entrees came out my wife asked if the chips on my nachos were the same stale chips they had just served us. The food runner apparently speaks no English. So a man that was working the counter came over and we asked him if he would try these chips. At first he was reluctant, but after being asked if he is not willing to try their own food, he tried a chip. He said they were fine. But they were extremely stale. He then came back and asked my wife if she had cussed out the food runner. Which she did not. And even if she did, if the food runner didn’t speak any English, how would they know? Then the man started arguing with my wife at which point I was ready to leave and really wanted a refund. The owner was behind the counter the whole time. She didn’t do anything. She wouldn’t even talk to us. This is a joke of a business model and I doubt they will be around for very long if they have people coming to tables to try and strong arm their customers because they have a complaint. They refused to refund our money even though we had not eaten at this point. The environment was very hostile and we will not be back.

I tried all the varieties of street tacos during my visit. I really enjoyed the pork tacos with grilled pineapple. There is just one other place in town that I think is a little bit better and it is a complete hole in the wall. I can’t help but compare both of these restaurants as their offerings are extremely similar. You will not be disappointed if you come here for tacos but if you live out closer towards Haughton there is a little taco shop off of hwy 80 I think has the best street tacos in town. However they don’t have alcohol so if you want a margherita then definitely go to El Eden and get some great tacos to boot.

Worst experience & food was with little to no taste.. ive never left a bad review before but this one is by far one that made me discusted.. i asked to please get a diffrent plate & the owner told me there is nothing else she can give me to deal with it. Food is not always ment to taste the best but service & customer satisfaction should come first

I went here to get a quesadilla, the steak was spoiled. I didn’t even ask for a refund only to get something different and they refused to help and stated they would call the police if I didn’t leave. Worst service ever ! I will never return !
